PositiveI visited and toured the facility and was impressed with the kindness and knowledge of the sales staff. They were very clear about pricing and what was included. The public spaces are very homey, not super fancy, but nice and what I would describe as comfortable and home like. Sunrise is uniquely situated in a very accessible area. PositivePeace of mind
My mom was only here for a short time before she passed, sadly. But during that time she was more social and positive than I’d seen her in a long time. The caregivers were very kind and communicative, the activity coordinators were welcoming, and the managers were always available. I would highly recommend this place!

CriticalLack of leadership impacts care
All low scores derive from lack of leadership. My father spent 10 days in bed because managers wouldn't take the time to explain to my step-Mother why they needed a Hoyer lift, advertised activities didn't happen because there was no accountability that required on floor staff to lead them. When I shared my concerns with the former ED he said "well no one else is complaining". It was a memory care floor, if patients did remember to complain who would listen? As you can see I was not a happy customer.
