PositiveIt is an excellent place to live. Very clean place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Administration staff is excellent. . Food is good with different varieties. Activities are good with something for everyone. It is a good investment for the money, you're safe and there is always someone there to help you.

PositiveI am very glad to be here. It would be better if there were more opportunities to interact with younger people on a regular basis. One thing I miss is interesting discussions about current events. I do enjoy the programs they offer on Zoom that teach about famous composers, etc. I moved here because this place is many times better in all ways. Another place that seemed amenable was too expensive. My interaction with the staff has been very good.

PositiveIn March, I finally forgo my fear of a stressful move & joined Youville. The move went smoothly, & I had a dinner partner to feel at home. The housekeeping staff helped me to sleep on my freshly made bed the first night. My daughter visited me to help me to settle in- She was impressed with the smooth running of the facility commenting "I could also get old here." PositiveThe Youville House is a wonderful community, it is very pleasing to look at with all the décor and the rooms are nicely furnished. The staff here are very good and they have lots of activities - they are limited right now with covid but usually they have a lot of different things including music entertainment.
