CriticalHonestly, I don't like the fact that there is a dog that roams around freely. As soon as I walked in, no one asked me was I okay with the dog coming toward me. As potential customers visit, the staff should be mindful that not everyone wants an animal running up to them when they first enter. Although I do like dogs, I felt this type of welcome was unprofessional. I also had several reminders about my appointment from this facility come to my phone. I will give them all fives. My mother was only there for a couple of months before she died, but the staff were compassionate, caring, and gentle. They were very attentive and took care of her every need. I can't say too much about the food because my mother wasn't eating anymore, but it always looked good! I loved the restaurant atmosphere of the dining hall.
