My mom just got to Sunrise [date removed]. She was in the hospital and rehab previously. I am not up there, I'm down in Florida. So I could give you feedback based on things family members are telling me, but I don't have any real personal experience. Overall, it seems like a fantastic place, but like I said, I can't really give you firsthand knowledge or observations of because I'm not there.

I will start by saying sunrise is a good place if you're fully functional or comatose anything that falls in between they cannot handle. I felt the nurse really needed to retire. She was very easily rattled. I also felt the doctor was very overwhelmed. Maybe there were just too many patients

I found the staff to be very friendly and once you did get a hold of them, they were very informative about what was going on with my father-in-law. The activities manager was always checking in to see if my father-in-law wanted to participate, which I really appreciated! Also, once again when we could get a hold of an administrator, they did their best to fix any problems that we were having. The facility itself is very bright and welcoming and very clean. The value for cost gets a 4 Only because these places are just so expensive in general in regards to number eight. Everybody was warm and friendly, and the overall vibe of the place was warm and cozy

The facility is beautiful and clean. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. They are friendly to residents and families. There are lots of great activities all of the time. The food choices and quality were very good. Administration is very responsive to family contacts. My mother's exact words were "why didn't I come here sooner?"

We felt at the time the other residence were similar to my aunt as far as activity and personalities. We felt she would have a better time and more in common than the other places we looked at. It has been excellent. They are all very patient and have been great with my Aunt.
