Tabor Crest Residential Care, LLC is a family owned and operated residential care facility located in Portland, Oregon with plenty of room for residents to feel at home. Our mission is to compassionately serve all of our residents with recognition to each of their individual physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and social needs. We pride ourselves on treating all residents with dignity and respect while paying a special attention to their needs and wants to continue to live life to the fullest. Our facility runs as a home-like atmosphere. Registered nurses are always on site and available to provide care to our residents with whom they develop personalized relationships. Safety is important to us at Tabor Crest Residential Care, LLC and we have fully equipped smoke detectors and sprinkler systems. We are also located very near medical offices and provide extensive professional development training to all of our certified care givers. We are always focused on the health and well-being of each and every resident at Tabor Crest Residential Care, LLC. Our twenty four hour basic services include: medication management, house keeping, a variety of daily activities, home cooked meals, assistance with personal care, and health monitoring. When it comes to meals, we always pay close attention to dietary restrictions as well as taste and presentation. Additional specialty services that we are happy to provide to residents include: Dementia, Alzheimer's, Palliative, Hospice, and night time care.
