If there is a rating it would be 0 stars. We asked [name removed] to have someone come out to our house who could take vitals and change our father who has incontinence. Well I had to show her how to change him and she never took vitals. My mother called me to come over because she was hurting our dad and told [name removed] to stop what she was doing and she kept changing him as he screamed out in pain.
