CriticalI had an appointment with the Director who did not show up or let me know she wouldn’t be there. The person who filled in was very nice but it did not feel good that the person that I had been speaking to wasn’t there and didn’t let me know. I found the single rooms for a dementia patient too small . I heard that rooms are cleaned only once a week and that didn’t sound right to me. A dementia patient can be very messy. Overall it didn’t start right so I am not considering the Brielle.

I recently decided on having my 93 year old mom reside at the Brielle. My dealings with Mike and especially Alice Campbell made my decision so much easier. Alice was there to lend guidance and answer any question or concern that we had. From our first tour of the facility, to our move in date and after, Alice has continued to help in anyway. We had a lovely experience placing mom at The Brielle. Having never done this before we were unaccustomed to the process and a little trepidacious about putting mom in care. Everyone from the administrator, to the nurses, to the food service administrators, and social workers were on hand to welcome us and make the transition easy, comfortable, and reassuring.

The memory care staff are wonderful. My family had to worry about anything. 2 years my aunt was there. The staff great care of her. The manger team was always accessible. The residents alway came first. Overall I would highly recommend The Brielle to any family that had a relative need assisted living and memory care
