CriticalI had an appointment with the Director who did not show up or let me know she wouldn’t be there. The person who filled in was very nice but it did not feel good that the person that I had been speaking to wasn’t there and didn’t let me know. PositiveThe Brielle was spectacular and helped me navigate the most difficult challenge with compassion and concern. They are the best.

PositiveWe had a lovely experience placing mom at The Brielle. Having never done this before we were unaccustomed to the process and a little trepidacious about putting mom in care. Everyone from the administrator, to the nurses, to the food service administrators, and social workers were on hand to welcome us and make the transition easy, comfortable, and reassuring.

PositiveThe memory care staff are wonderful. My family had to worry about anything. 2 years my aunt was there. The staff great care of her. The manger team was always accessible. The residents alway came first. Overall I would highly recommend The Brielle to any family that had a relative need assisted living and memory care

PositiveI recently toured the Brielle, and discovered a lovely place that has warmth and charm. The people are sincere and caring, and help you to feel your loved ones will be well cared for. There are plenty of activities and social opportunities as well.
