★★★★★
PositiveGreat place for incremental care plans- all staff positions are wonderful to work with. Great care plan levels for progressive needs...I'd like to illustrate that they do a good job incrementing since a lot of places have bulk levels where the care can go from not enough to too much and you're forced to pay for more than what you need... that's a big problem for lots of places.

PositiveWe visited The Canopy memory care place last weekend and really liked the place for our loved one. The staff there was warm and friendly, the residents seemed happy and engaged (as much as possible) There was music and the place seemed very clean. We will definitely be considering this place once our loved one is ready for the move.

CriticalThis place was bought by theCanopy 2.8 months ago. It has been an unmitigated disaster. Nothing has improved , but has in fact gotten worse. The activities they advertise do not, for the most part, exist. It is not exciting or enriching to live here. Stay away! Bb

PositiveWe were happy with the experience. Ciel is not in a great location for residents who want to walk outside. It's on a small piece of land on a busy street. It wouldn't be a good fit for those who like to walk outside.
★★★★★
PositiveMy friend was only at Ciel of Cedar Mill for about 2-3 weeks. It was not the right fit for Leanne because her dementia was more advanced than originally thought.
★★★★★
PositiveThey look at the needs of each person and don't put in a box. Very caring people everywhere on all fronts.
