5 everywhere. [name removed] is wonderful but she could do a bit better for returning phone calls. Staff seems to be excellent, same with food, based upon reports from the tenant. Facilities seem up to par.

5 all the way around. The clairmont is excellent. The staff are happy to be there and the residents are joyful! It may not be the most luxurious facility, but it feels the most homelike. It's not stuffy or sterile.

The staff was amazing there the director I can't remember her name, but she was really accommodating and helpful everybody there seemed very happy and my mother-in-law was super happy there. The place was very clean. We loved being there unfortunately her situation got worse, and she needed more assistant living
