PositiveThe Continental is bordered by the Greenway, and the grounds are very pleasant indeed. Upon entering the main building, there is a very nice "living room" feeling, with a baby grand piano and a sofa and some chairs to the right, the desk to the left, and ahead, behind a planter/divider, the dining room, set for the next meal. Beware: Never sign an agreement before visiting and seeing the facility! We never occupied apartment and yet lost approximately $[fee removed] As we were living in Virginia, we arranged everything by phone as they said that they were going to remodel and upgrade an apartment that has been vacant. However, when we arrived to Austin and visited the facility, we found the facility to be with extreme mold, the location terrible (ie. It was surrounded by 3 high traffic and noisy highways), and our apartment was not as …
