PositiveThe Fairfax is a lovely continuing care community located in a beautiful area near Fort Belvoir, VA. We were warmly welcomed by the Director of Sales. She gave us a very nice tour & answered all our questions. The grounds are beautiful & very well kept. There’s a picturesque lake & pond on the grounds with a view from many apartments. We highly recommend you include The Fairfax on your “must see” list when looking for a continuing care community!

I left with a favorable impression of the staff and facility. Note: for these facilities in the DC area income tax comparison for the 3 jurisdictions (VA, MD, DC) could be provided for those with military and federal pensions for those of us moving into the area.

PositiveAn excellent home for those needing independent care, senior living , memory care and LifeCare. Great staff of employees who really care about your health and your needs. Fees for apartments are the cheapest I have seen for all the amenities this facility offers. Monthly fees includes gas, electricity, water, sewer, trash removal, home security, home insurance, property tax, home repairs and maintenance, personal emergency response system, social and leisure activities and more
