Would be 5 stars but they are progressing through a change in leadership and staff and some aspects have been clumsy and inefficient. The room is very good. The facility seems very nice a lot of activities so for me the only issue is them getting some stability around their staff and their leadership. But overall, 4 to 6 weeks and my mother has had a very good experience there.

We toured the facility which was very beautiful and the people are very kind.. He really liked The Franklin and might consider living there soon.

my patient is relatively low need, so I am not a good judge of quality of care. They do ok on the basics like cleaning, food service, personal care. Can't address more advanced services. This facility is in transition with management, so many things are in flux, including food services and activities. There are many new staff.
