We live in a double suite. The overall experience for me is 5 stars. The staff is conscientious and friendly. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one, however the food is good but not mom's cooking.

PositiveAmazing staff
The staff is so friendly professional and responsive. They really helped my siblings and I navigate the process. My parents say the food is always cold. And service is slow. I do not have first hand knowledge of this though

PositiveFriendly staff
The staff is very friendly and helpful. My dad has fallen several times and the staff is right there to help him. They also contact me when this happens. My dad and step mom have dr appts regularly and they take them back and forth with no problem. They also have in house dentists and ear drs. that are available. Very happy with the meals and they have regular housekeepers. They usually have activities weekly. They both have adjusted very well. They have been at the villas for 3 1/2 months now.

PositiveCaring staff with fun activities
Super caring staff. Terrible communication with admin on site. They could prepare vegetables consistently , using more local farm-to-table. They advertise " chef" and I am pretty sure he has experience as a cook only.
