Overall would recommend

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My mother enjoyed many of the activities including bingo and crafts. The food was a welcome change from the nursing facility she was in previously and offered a nice variety. The dinning times were a little too close together for her and she wished dinner would have been later in the evening. The 1 bedroom apartment was. a great size for my mother. Even as a bariatric resident, she had plenty of room to move around.

Great place for a loved one

Overall experience has been a 5. Cleanliness and friendliness both also 5. The rest would all be 4's. My Mom doesn't really require much care, and the administration has been pretty good but a couple hiccups along the way. There are activities but my Mom isn't overly social. I think it's a value, and they worked with me on pricing, but at the same time it's a little more expensive than her former facility. It is a clean and peaceful spot, and the staff is very friendly and responsive.

[Name Removed] was great and got us an appointment within an hour of calling to see the facility. She answered all of our questions during our tour. She was also quick to respond to my emails with additional questions after the tour.

My wife and I toured the Glenwood Assisted Living Facility in Mahomet recently and were very impressed. It was clean, friendly, and the costs seemed very appropriate. We liked it very much.

Dad is really enjoying his time out there. The staff is very nice and helpful and he really likes the food. He's been participating in a few of the activities they've done he likes when they bring in the bands and you know musical groups, and he goes together with some of the other residents and they play cards a couple times a week so he's developed some friendships and he really likes it out there.
