PositiveIt was a hard decision to move mom from her home she lived in for years, but The Heritage Tomball made it such an easy transition! The apartment is beautiful! They upgraded the floors and kitchen, we loved it! The weekly maid service is so nice to have. My mom loves the Bingo and Friday Happy Hour with Live Music! The 24 hour concierge service was so nice to have as a child, I could call and check in any time!
★★★★★
PositiveWe wanted my mom to be in Tomball and we were familiar with the facility and had a few recommendations from friends. Most of the workers are very friendly. She has a room that has recently been updated and is very nice. We were extremely frustrated with move in process, lack of information, room not ready when it was supposed to be and no communication from them when they were having issues getting information from doctors office. We didn't even know she needed a TB test until the last minute.

★★★★★
PositiveI have had a good experience with communication between the staff and myself. My mother does report that there has been some upheaval and Staff change within the kitchen and dining staff. She doesn't like that.

The dishwasher was not installed into wall correctly. It was falling out of the wall…it was not screwed into the top of the cabinet to hold it in the wall. The electric cord was hanging outside the dishwasher. Ready to fall on someone. I opened the clothes washer and smell of mildew like to have knocked me over. That would make anyone si…
