Great community ... nice people (staff & residents). I personally don't like the approach to meals ... giving an allowance and then charging for the items consumed. Use it or loose it is terrible. Hard for older folks to plan / keep track. I'd include most everything except truly premium items and alcohol in the rent (food & board) and then if they don't take advantage of it, so be it.

Review for The Holbrook of Acworth

This has been the best move for mom. She has really enjoyed living at The Holbrook. We picked this community for 3 reasons. 1) everything was inside the main building. 2) swimming pool was indoor and 3)closest to family. We would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful, very friendly home

Very friendly staff and residents. The apartments are well laid out and quiet. Lots of social and physical activities for meeting other residents. Amenities include a heated saltwater pool, gym, spa, and covered parking.

Review for The Holbrook of Acworth

I will not recommend. Activities are additional cost. You are paying for a room , transportation and meals with rent. Everything else is charged.

My mom is very happy here

My mom is very happy there. She finds everyone working there to be very friendly and kind. The people that live there are friendly and kind. There is a lot of activity there with people doing all kinds of activities. She can do as much or as little as she would like. These are the factors that helped her choose Holbrook.

Highly Recommended

I would highly recommend The Holbrook of Acworth. All of the staff have been wonderful and always available for questions. The residents are friendly. My mom made friends right off the bat. She really likes the lady that cleans her apartment. We have had no problems at all. My mom loves being able to leave her room and have people around.
