CriticalMost of the staff are very nice and caring. The front-desk receptionist and new staff supervisor are excellent. However, the building maintenance, security and food are poor. There’s no one at the front desk at night. The overhead lights on the entrance canopy are all burned out. The central a.c. doesn’t work. And the food is worse than hospital food.

My wife and I are both handicapped, and this tends to be a long, unnecessary walk …
