The staff is friendly. Food/dining- very good it looked and smelled good and the portion size that I saw was good. I like the snacks are available to clients as well. Room size - excellent, good storage and very nice bathroom. The only opportunity was being more clear about forms needed up front didn't know he needed a skin test but I think it was a miscommunication one person didn't know what the other had already shared

My mom has lived at The Joy for almost 18 months. The Joy has been a blessing and a sense of relief having my Mom be a resident. The community is clean, friendly, and always welcoming! The meals are appetizing and the chef is accommodating to dietary needs. The community plans fun and entertaining activities for the residents and their families. The Joy staff is kind and caring. They love the residents like they are family.
