PositiveThe perfectly place for my Dad.
My dad loves the food and the aides. Everyone has been amazing and very attentive, from the Managers to the Med Techs to the aides. Brian was very helpful in getting dad settled. He would even go over to the library and bring dad things to read. Dad is in memory care and every time I am there, there is always at least one person, in the common area, with the residents. I love it when I walk in and find the aides interacting with the residents. The entire building is very clean and has a nice home feel.

CriticalA total waste of my time! The facility's appearance looked nice and was in a convenient location. If I had known no ground-floor units were available at this time, I would not have scheduled a tour. I did not meet with any of the care staff members! Felt high-pressure sales tactics. I observed that the residents didn't look well cared for, there were housekeeping problems in many areas, and I witnessed staffing issues in responding to residents' care needs.

The rooms are left unkept, beds not made, clothes not washed, hard to understand attendants and lots of other unacceptable things. I am moving my loved one out as soon as another room becomes available.
