The price is really good for such a nice and safe area. It's not assisted living. It's a 55+ apartment so staff is very limited. Lots of activities and a bus that takes them to grocery and some field trips. All residences are inside corridors. It's safe. All apartments have a porch or balcony.

There is no care. This is independent living only. Staff is minimal. Activities I would rate a 4. Apartments are clean and spacious. The only dining available is quite expensive and average quality. The value of the overall experience is pretty good. Hard to match it for the same price.
