I took a virtual tour of the facility and was very impressed. I believe this would be a good place for my father and hope he will consider moving in after we talk about his options.

Amazing Experience of Family and Community!

I have so much comfort and joy that my dad was a resident at the Neighborhood at Madison. He received loving, compassionate and knowledgeable care during his year and a half stay. I do not have a single negative thought regarding his care. I do have an infinite number of positive thoughts of the family community and love that my dad had in his experience. One negative point. No one told me if the entrance fee. The staff is good. My loved one is happy there - but none of them told us of the entrance fees.

Good facility, needs the staffing to make it great

Great location and nice facility - so much promise but seem to have trouble finding and retaining good staff. Former Exec Director was just awful; jury is out on the replacement - is the problem local or at corporate, nobody seems to know. Food has gone from passable to terrible as longtime chef left and has not been adequately replaced. Onsite salon and resident activities - talked about during initial sales process but have not been fulfilled. There are some good staff but the rest are lacking.

Overall an excellent experience

Overall my mom has settled in very well, she has made some friends and the staff makes her feel welcome! I have interacted the most with [names removed] and they are fabulous. I have had some concerns with staff turnover and my mom has commented on that as well. But as a health care professional myself I understand the nature of the 'beast' as it were.

[name removed] would be proud to have his mother live at "The Neighborhood at Madison"! Very clean facility with attractive surroundings. Staff is very friendly and willing to help when requested. We have been here for seven months. Quiet surroundings and good selection of meals. If currently looking for possible accommodations, you should include this location in your search.
