PositiveNice community.
My sister is well taken care of emotionally and physically. The staff is attentive. She also likes the food. It is always clean when I go there. I think the Parc is a great fit for my sister.

CriticalA nightmare
Do not put your family member here! My mother prepaid for a 2 week respite. They offered service options. And assured that whenever she rang her call bell, the response time would be less than 10 minutes. We opted for a CNA to check on her every 2 hours, 24 hours a day. She’s 95. First weekend, all activities were canceled! Nothing Saturday or Sunday. Tenants were expected to sit in their rooms with nothing to do. Then for 3 nights my mother rang her call bell for assistance and no one came for over 45 minutes by w…

CriticalIt is fine if nothing goes wrong
At first everything was an overall star, but right now it is about a 2. We are just isolated at times due to the pandemic so the activities are still limited and the meals are just terrible. However the people that work here are absolutely wonderful and the community is very very clean. I wouldn't recommend at the moment, but definitely check back.
