★★★★★
Positive5 all the way around. My mother loved living at The Park at Bay Area. They are a blessing The caregivers are professional and very caring. The made sure my mom was safe, comfortable, and happy. Mom loved her room and the staff. Administration is very involved and helpful. The facility is clean and an excellent value for the money. Highly recommend
★★★★★
PositiveLots of turnover with staff — I chose this facility because they definitely seem to care more about the living space, security, and cleanliness. This place is still better than most; their main issue is retaining good staff.
★★★★★
PositiveAfter visiting 6 places, you walk in to a place and meet the people and just know the shoe fits. There have been a few stumbles along the way in these early months but seem to have things moving along smoothly. Is the facility is very clean, spacious rooms and meals are average to above. This is our second family member requiring memory care and we are receiving better care this time than before paying almost 1k more. So people make the difference, not price
★★★★★
PositiveFood is good , they definitely need more workers 2 staff at a shift in my opinion is not enough for memory care, but they are good at what they do. Overall nice people and good place.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is very helpful and friendly. All the rooms surround a glass courtyard. I am the daughter and I have been helped with a few things and not ignored. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
