PositiveI have lived here for almost 2 years. I volunteered here for many years before my move. PPH is a work in progress to bring the standards up to their nearby competitors. It is a friendly place but change is hard for some; however, change is necessary and the administration is working very hard to bring it up to snuff. CriticalDisappointment for independent residents (including my parent) at PPH rate increase of 7% announced late this year. Be aware this increase essentially shows the needed percentage of annual income generated to maintain the PPH community operations. I believe there was also a rate increase for independent residents in 2023.
