I don't have enough experience to speak to that but we are comfortable here and our needs are being met. However, I like the warmness and friendliness at the community and yes I would recommend this community to other families.

The Residence at Watertown Square

Mostly good, but service in dining room can be quite slow; also adjusting apartment temperature to a comfortable level has been difficult, and the efforts to fix it by the facility have been mediocre, at best.

In the heart of Watertown square the location is great. During the tour I chatted with a few residents who all reported enjoying living there. Clean with activities happening and filled looked engaged. Dining services looked good as well.

Should someone live here

Since the Residence had a massive flood the ceiling in the lobby has been removed and covered with plastic, about two months ago. The lower half of walls near the elevators have been removed. There are two elevators for residents to get to the dining room. BOTH are out of service! I find this a huge risk for all residents! I have been told There are no fire drills! No plans for residents to get out if there was a fire. The food is nominal at best. We were told doors are locked at 8pm, however we returned a resid…

I saw the room they had set aside for my wife, who has some cracks in her pelvis. They strung us along for 6 days, and we thought we had solved our problem. Then, just as we were ready to sign up, they decided they would not take her, because she would require too much care. They knew all along exactly what her problems were. They can't be trusted.

Review for The Residence at Watertown Square

It seems to be going well there. My parents are starting to participate care of some of the activities they have, such as game time and watching documentary films. Also getting to know some of the other residents too. One of the two elevators has been out of service their whole time, sometimes making it tedious to go up and down floors; but in theory work to be completed this week. They seem to like the food and dining set up too.
