PositiveOur overall experience has been very positive. Everyone we have met, both staff and residents has been very friendly. We have a two bedroom apartment. The living room and dining space is comfortable. It seems that between eating and activities we spend very little time in the apartment . The food is generally good, and there are choices if something doesn't appeal to you. Although some individuals need the help of an aid, the population is generally able to manage independently.
★★★★★
PositiveIt has a gym, pool table, beach nearby with a boardwalk, nice size rooms. Pizza was good, but residents I talked to said that the food was just OK. Place was clean light and cheerful.

PositiveI recently visited The Sinclair at Port Washington. The sales team was amazing and knowledgeable, making me feel extremely comfortable. I was able to see virtual plans for the big renovation. I had lots of questions. They asked us to join for dinner and it was like eating at a fi…

PositiveI recently toured The Sinclair and learned of the upcoming renovations. There are new owners and the community is now "rental" which means you can just rent an apartment instead of putting down a large buy in fee. They have a few upcoming events which I will make sure I check out.
