Wonderful family oriented facility

5 for all the facility was wonderful! The staff is super helpful, facility is beautiful. Food was good!

Great experience

I had a pretty great experience moving my elderly friend here from his apartment for safety reasons. The administration was helpful with a smooth transition. He has made friends and likes the nursing staff. He also enjoys the activities. The food is pretty good. Appears clean and open. Very happy working with them.

Overall pretty good. Wish they could find more help

Overall everything is pretty good. Occasionally they are short staffed and it takes a long time to get meals dispersed for meds. But everybody seems to try to make it feel lively and fun. There's always activities. It's definitely better than some other facilities I had seen in the area. If they had more full-time staff I would give it a five out of five

Our beautiful stay at The Villages of Rosemont

The Villages of Rosemont went above and beyond with helping our mother when she was a resident here. The staff was very friendly: from housekeeping, food service and nursing. The move in process was very smooth. The only problem was that they were transitioning to a new manager. I ate a fish dinner for only $5.00 and it was delicious. We would highly recommend The Villages of Rosemont to others. Our mother passed and they were very kind during the process.

It smells bad, some of the staff are really kind- especially the kitchen people. Nurses are aloof, takes more than an hour to get meds. Director is never in the building. Nothing is done proactively. Activities are minimal.
