All apartments feature either plush wall-to-wall carpeting or plank flooring, as well as full-sized kitchenettes, large walk-in closets, and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Each unit features a spacious, wheelchair-accessible bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, safety railing, and emergency call buttons. Select apartments feature lovely patio and balcony areas as well! The Waterford at Thousand Oaks also offers short-term, respite stays for those recovering from surgery or who just want to check out what life is like in our community before making a long-term commitment.
