I could not ask for a better home for my aging brother than what we’ve discovered at Waterford. This was my first opportunity to visit him after he moved in six days ago and all the staff we passed greeted him by name and chatted with him in a way to show how much they enjoy having him as a resident. The other residents were also cheerful and kind, telling my husband and I how happy they are at Waterford. The staff need to inform families more on the status of their loved one. Also, keep up with the laundry and personal hygiene a little better. Explain what meditations they are giving the resident and why it is being given. Families shouldn't have to ask. Also, plan more activities ie arts and crafts.

I would give every category a 5. We are SO happy that we found this place. Absolutely amazing! Everyone we have met there has gone above and beyond to make this the perfect home for my mother in law.
