Community Services and Amenities At The Waterford on Huebner, our goal is to help members of our community live their best lives. The hassle of maintaining a home and completing daily chores can become stressful over time. Our professional staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide a variety of services. During the day, we offer regular housekeeping, laundry, linen, and maintenance services, so your apartment stays in excellent condition. We also offer on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy as well as on-site nursing services, with contracted help with activities of daily living. Scheduled transportation to and from medical appointments, grocery stores, religious services, and other local attractions is also available. Our professional chef and culinary team prepare three made-from-scratch meals daily. A variety of entrees and a la carte options are available for residents to choose from, so everyone can enjoy their favorite meal. Diabetic and other dietary options are also available upon request. Savor every bite, while laughing with friends in our spacious and elegantly decorated dining hall. Don’t worry about being bored. At The Waterford on Huebner, we offer a vast array of recreational, educational, and social activities for you to fill your free time with. Our activity calendar is updated every month and adjusts based on the residents' unique interests. Enjoy live music in the courtyard, play a game of pool in the billiards room, or chat with others during a Bible study at the juice bar. Check out our weekly religious services or our on-site salon and barber shop for extra convenience. Living Arrangements Everyone deserves a place where they can unwind at the end of the day. We currently offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments for residents to choose from. Every unit includes a lovely kitchenette with granite countertops, wall-to-wall carpeting, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and all apartments are wheelchair-accessible. Each private bathroom includes a walk-in shower, grab bars, and other safety features as well. Respite stays are also available for those interested in short-term accommodations. It is also a good option for those who are not ready for the long-term decision. Respite residents receive their own furnished apartment and full access to the community’s amenities, services, and activities. Our flexible agreement allows for a minimum of a two week stay.
