The young gentleman worker at this company The Wellshire, who was at the desk at the front door of the reception did not have a tag on his shirt with his name on it, was very arrogant and aggressive. The room I visited was very unpleasant, the ventilation for air purification did not work. The staff is not helpful to people who visit their loved ones. The staff at The Wellshire has been very caring toward my SIL. With my SIL being non verbal they have taken the time to learn how to communicate with her and have provided her with laminated sheets of pictures and words to help her communicate with them. I have voiced some medical concerns regarding my SILs constant cough when eating and they were very quick to let me know and order the tests necessary to get answers for us which included therapy. Cannot comment on the meals and dining as I have not eaten there. What we like the most about The Wellshire is that the staff are friendly and always helpful. It's nice that the facility is smaller in size too.
