My comment would be; overall this is a great place to live. The people who live and work here are awesome and caring. I feel like the community here takes care and are genuinely concerned about each other. We are in many ways like an extended family that attends to each other's daily needs. Like any place where a group of people live this place has its issues. First, while it has independent and assisted living facilities it lacks an upward link to the long-term care one that shares its building. The food services seem to be an ongoing issue. Sometimes the food is "interesting" in flavor. I know it's hard to order and cook for a variety of tastes. We are almost always short staffed in either servers or cooks. Many of our servers aren't trained and then get frustrated by trying to serve, buss and clean too many tables/patrons. And condiment items have to asked for and normally your food is cold by the time you receive the item. Example: butter with a baked potato or shrimp sauce with your shrimp.
