PositiveThe ladies in the sales office were great. They answered all our questions and made mom feel so welcome. Absolutely recommend. They have been wonderful to mom and she has loved being there.

After it was reported with no resolution after 10 days the owner of the …

PositiveFor the cost- it is currently working for my Mom. She has some complaints about the time it takes to be served for meals. Care-givers just do what they absolutely have to do- but overall things are okay! Nice that she can have her hair washed at the facility salon weekly
