PositiveWhen we got an orientation before my wife moved in, I thought they were trying to make a good first impression. After my wife was settled in I realized, no the staff is consistently being that caring. A few staff are young and may lack experience so their efforts may be clunky but they sure do try. The place always looks like it was just cleaned. The food is good, service may be tardy, especially on weekends, but it is nutritious and portions are generous.

PositiveOverall experience has been great. They have treated my in-laws very well and have taken care of all of their needs. The place is very clean and always smells clean which I like. Staff is friendly and always helpful. The rooms are not huge but adequate for their needs. They just had a admin change so hoping things stay the same.

Positive[name removed] and I are very favorably impressed with Parkhurst. I rate each of the 8 items a 5. No kidding. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived and they continue to be genuinely friendly. The food is consistently attractive and wholesome. The place always looks like it was just cleaned.

PositiveThe staff at Trustwell Living at Parkhurst Place are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does a great job. They do a great job communicating with the family. My Mom does not care for the food. I do recommend Parkhurst Place to others. They do a wonderful job taking care of my Mom, much better than I can. And as far at the food, I think she is just a picky eater.
★★★★★
PositiveParkhurst I feel good about this facility. I get frustrated once in a while but who doesn’t because at the end of the day I think it’s great place to live and the care staff take good care of me. I enjoy living here.
