Trustwell Living at Wildflower Place

The people at wildflower Place, especially Alicia Newland are amazing. [Name removed] bonds well with her patients, is easy to work with and is a great communicator. She works hard to make sure each patient has exactly what they need and if she can’t meet those needs in her facility then she ensures a prompt referral to an appropriate facility for that patient. I have found the [Name removed] has nothing but the best interest at heart for each person that she comes in contact with.

Recently toured for my grandma and was extremely pleased with the whole facility![Name Removed] was the most helpful in giving us all the information we needed!

The facility is really nice and clean. The staff was so kind and helpful when we had any questions about the community

Here're my thoughts: WP is a top notch facility. The staff is incredibly caring and friendly (this includes the maintenance man). They work hard to make sure each resident is cared for medically and socially. I wish [name removed] had more positive feedback on the food, but I realize the difficulty feeding a group consistently when tastes are diverse and dietary needs differ amongst the group. I also think they could up their activities game. This is my first experience with Assisted Living, so perhaps this is a no…

[name removed] was very caring and friendly to my family and me. She is very dedicated to her job so explained to us the facility. I could automatically tell she cares about her patients and the care they receive.
