★★★★★
PositiveThe people at wildflower Place, especially Alicia Newland are amazing. [Name removed] bonds well with her patients, is easy to work with and is a great communicator. She works hard to make sure each patient has exactly what they need and if she can’t meet those needs in her facility then she ensures a prompt referral to an appropriate facility for that patient. I have found the [Name removed] has nothing but the best interest at heart for each person that she comes in contact with.

PositiveHere're my thoughts: WP is a top notch facility. The staff is incredibly caring and friendly (this includes the maintenance man). They work hard to make sure each resident is cared for medically and socially. I wish [name removed] had more positive feedback on the food, but I realize the difficulty feeding a group consistently when tastes are diverse and dietary needs differ amongst the group. I also think they could up their activities game. This is my first experience with Assisted Living, so perhaps this is a no…
Response from the communityThank you so much for your feedback. It means alot that you do notice the level of compassion from all staff! We take great pride in our staff and that is the goal of our culture. We treat our residents and their families like family. I appreciate your honesty on the activities and food and that will be areas of focus in the coming months as we always like to focus on areas of improvement and not be complacent. Thank you again for the kind words.
