My Granddaughter and I waited in a comfortable waiting area for[Name Removed] Everyone, staff and residents, who came through the Lobby greeted us with a friendly hello. When [Name Removed] began my interview he was very professional and he possessed a very pleasant personality. The tour was great! I saw all of the elements I needed to view. They are starting to nickel and dime everybody for things that used to be no charge. Most ridiculous example is charging for the plastic containers they put your to go meals in.
