CriticalRooms are small compared to her independent living room she had. The room itself has some dingy carpet that should have been replaced and we have reported to the staff of seeing a few cockroaches. This is totally unacceptable. The care she has been getting is good but inconsistent for the price we are paying.
★★★★★
PositiveThe original staff was awesome. However, in the past 3 months there have been changes and new staff members put in place. They need to address some issues still lingering, but have confidence that they will do it, but it will take some time.

CriticalMy MIL had to leave via EMS on [Date Removed] and we have had to get an attorney involved to dispute charges that their contract plainly states are valid reasons of termination of contract. It's been a mess. The lack of communication and just overall concern has really been disappointing.
