Most definitely. If you had a 10 that's what it would be. Kim and her staff are wonderful. The facility was fantastic. I can't say enough about how they helped us out so much and really listened to us. Very caring and helpful in every way. I would send any of my loved ones there and would refer any person in need there. They were amazing. Kim is absolutely the most amazing compassionate person. A wonderful place

Exceptional Care You Won't Find Anywhere Else

We placed my grandmother in Viva of Franklin last December. They walked with us through every step of the transition, offering reassurance and support that made a difficult season more bearable. While the journey was a roller coaster at times—especially early on with some behavioral challenges—the staff was consistently kind, patient, and professional. Everything is excellent. The price I wish was lower but I guess that's a sign of the times. They're very accommodating and caring

Caring Staff

They really care about the residents and they allow residents to keep their small dogs and cats. Larger dogs can come to visit. I don't remember what they called the different room sizes, my Mom died in April 2023, she was in a 2 bedroom where she had a separate living room, I know they had a single room unit and at least one 2 bedroom unit. All had full size bathrooms with showers, a mini fridge and microwave.

Highly recommended

I cannot think of anything that would not be 5 stars based off of our experience with them. The stability of staff and the fact that the staff truly cares about their residents is what sticks out the most to us. I would definitely recommend Franklin Manor to others looking.

The community doesn't have a limit to how many guest can visit. They are short staffed which is an issue across the board.
