PositiveWe chose Wilshire because of the size of the room, layout of the room, my wife became hospice eligible the 2nd day there. Facility near my house and son's house. The director was super great. The aides and staff were very attentive to my wife. Food was good. Wife gained 17 pounds in 2 1/2 months there. It was a great experience for my wife, but after she left things changed. Cook left, several aides left. She got great care considering all she needed.

CriticalThey have horrible management such as [names removed]. They do not know how to run the facility and have no cameras running to show evidence of any incident. A lot of their staff are not certified and do not have proper training!

PositiveThe staff at Wilshire on Fourth, Memory Care unit, are absolutely wonderful! They are kind, caring and loving with their residents. [name removed] and her staff made my mother-in=law's stay with them the best. I can't emphasize enough how kind they have been! Thanks to Wilshire on Fourth for a wonderful experience!
