PositiveThe staff is absolutely amazing. All were such a big help and the hospitality they showed me was amazing! They let me stay the week with my aunt to make sure she was comfortable and to unpack her. I honestly have no words to tell you how they all made me feel! I left my aunt feeling very comfortable at woodmont and her being in their care.

PositiveOverall the staff was enthusiastic, encouraging and they readily acknowledged all our concerns. The downside was that memory care floor seemed sad and dark and the common area was very small. There was a hint of a urine smell. I don't believe this is where I would want to be placed or for that matter put someone I loved. It's an older facility that doesn't look like it's been updated in some time.

The Director at Woodmont Senior living is a true example of these actions. She goes above and beyond and then some to make sure the residents needs are met. Her leadership sets an example for her carestaff and how they should perform their duties. CriticalAs soon as I walked through the entrance door I noticed a foul smell. The building is being remodeled. The newly remodeled rooms looked ok, but I couldn't get over the smell. We did not choose Woodmont for my mother.
