The place is great. I would give every category a 5 and all I would add is that it's expensive. So you get what you pay for but you do pay. It's beautiful. The staff is very friendly and the food is very good

Spotty care giving

The consistency of caregiving is really a challenge. And it’s difficult to get a hold of the caregiving staff managers. Also, the food really needs to be upgraded. It’s a shame because it’s such a gorgeous place and location.

Department Supervisors make a Community spark. All four department SHINE at Acoya Troon

The Activities Director, the Marketing Director, the Community Relations Counselor and the Transportation Department at Acoya Troon are superb. They stand out in the Assistent Living arena. The energy and efforts of the heads of these departments have turned Acoya Troon from an excellent assistant living residence to a vibrant, stimulating community for those who want to enhance and stimulate their later years.

Live right next to Four Seasons Troon - beautiful views !

My Dad was out of town so my husband and I were on the initial visit to Acoya Troon with [name removed]. [name removed] was terrific explaining Acoya's apartments, dining, the grounds and all the activities available. It is a beautiful complex, and a nice size as well. Our Dad came the following week and was so impressed he put down a deposit. A great place for dad too

Just a great experience all around. The staff the facility. [names removed] are amazing. They have helped with any issues and made him so comfortable moving in. Amazing job all around.
