CriticalAltercare was terrible. Moved my mom after only three months because, based on our observations, our opinion was they were not equipped for memory care at all. We did not feel she was well cared for or safe based on our observations of her care and other residents. She was very unhappy. In addition we had concerns about the ownership. I would not recommend this facility in the least.
