★★★★★
PositiveI would give a 5 for all! Excellent facility. The staff is very accommodating and knows every resident by name. The one BR apt is the perfect size with lots of kitchen cabinets, a full size refrigerator and a cooktop. There are a lot of common areas around the facility to promote socialization, as well as, various planned activities to keep the residents engaged.
★★★★★
PositiveClean, spacious apartments, kind and friendly staff. I would recommend Arbor Landing at Surfside to others.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was easy to work with and communication was excellent. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

CriticalMy mother was at the memory care and what you see is not what you get. You get a nice big furnished room with a bed, tv, drawers and closet space. The activity director is great and provides activities M-F but weekends has little to no activities planned or activity. Residents are left to stare at each other. You do not get updates on progress and can ask periodically and get some information. Staff has a large turnover and residents and families are not introduced by name and function. Select staff is indiffe…
Response from the communityThank you for sharing this, and for trusting us with your mother's care. We're glad to hear the room and cleanliness met your expectations, and it means a lot that you noticed the work our activities director puts in each week. We also want to speak up for our broader team. Caring for memory care residents with patience and consistency, even through the natural staffing changes that come with this field, is something our caregivers take seriously every single day, and we're proud of the heart they bring to that work. That said, we never want a family to feel out of the loop or unheard, whether that's about weekend programming, updates on your mother's progress, or simply how a conversation in the common area felt to you. We'd love the chance to talk with you further about your concerns. Please reach out to our Executive Director whenever works for you. Your mother, and every resident here, deserves to feel known and cared for, and we're always looking for ways to do that even better. Thank you again for letting us know.

★★★★★
PositiveWe appreciated and genuinely liked all of the staff. Some standouts, though by no means everyone, are [Name removed] the Nursing Director, [Names Removed] (Med Techs, I believe). Honestly everyone we spoke with and dealt with were lovely. All of the Aides that helped my dad were awesome! Wonderful personalities! The rooms in the memory care unit are lovely. Spacious, bright and cheerful. [Name Removed] the Activities Director is excellent. Many activities planned keeping the residents engaged.
