For the most part, it has been great. Most of the staff is great. Only exceptions have been a couple of the caregivers my mom has had issues with. Maybe 2 out of the 10 or so caregivers she has had. The only other issue has been the communication to the caregivers about the care she is supposed to receive. An example is she wasn't getting help showering when it is clearly stated in her care instructions. She had to ask multiple times. I think it has been resolved now. Just seems some of the caregivers are a little …

Atria is a great place! It's in north Scottsdale so I understand the cost is a little bit higher due to being in that area, but with my Mom being on a fixed income we had to do a few things to make it work for her. One of the biggest selling points in our mind was the fact that our mom can transition directly into assisted living services at this location when the time comes without needing to move facilities or even having to change rooms.
