The staff is very attentive and my Mom loves them. My Mom has expressed to me that she feels very well cared for. My Mom loves her private room, she was in a shared room. As long as my Mom is comfortable & happy, my heart is at peace. Also, the staff especially the Director JaCinta, is easy to reach by phone.

There needs to be a better system for entering the building. I understand that the doors must remain locked, but there were times I waited up to 15 minutes to get inside. I also often had to clean my dad’s room myself. That said, my dad truly loved the staff, and overall they treated him very well, which made it easy to overlook the smaller issues.

Everyone there took great care of my mother. They treated her as though she was one of their aunties. Food was good and for those unable to eat, they would feed them. The place is always clean. Accidents were cleaned up right away. The rooms are very good size. they always have events for residents and family members.
