Their staff is super caring and patient with their elderly care. Cannot say enough about their patience and compassion for everyone there. Biggest issue is cleaning. I have complained a few times about their cleaning regularly and well, there is room for improvement.

I found soiled pull-up by [name removed] door- assume pal was going to take out and forgot- 2nd time soiled diapers were left in room. - found 2 live roaches- on 2 different times...shared with [name removed' and work order was placed. Have not seen any recently. - damp/wet clothes from laundry day were hung in her closet. There is a hanging rack on the closet door and the damp clothes could have been placed there- not sure why that was not done. I have not had a chance to talk with [name removed]about this incid…
