Busy at Bella Vista

Dad is very happy there. The food is great and lots of activities. His apartment is spacious and well organized. Staff is easy to approach and are helpful and always have answers for him. It's affordable as his social security is enough to cover the rent. It's exactly what we were hoping for him. Thank you so much.

Overall would recommend

The staff and food/ dining are all excellent. Cleanliness and size of apartment are more than adequate. My mother attends few activities because of her dementia, but the staff attempt to include her whenever possible. There is a continuing issue with bugs on the ground floor, because the entrance doors are frequently open for movers and visitors, but there are regular pest control visits included in the apartment rental so I believe management is doing the best they can.

Personable staff

The one thing that sticks out the most, is if they haven't seen you in a couple of days, they'll come and knock on your door to check up on you. I think that it shows that they sincerely care and it is greatly appreciated. The other thing is how friendly they are. They always seem to have a nice smile and a positive attitude. I'm talking mostly about the staff.
