I thought the costs were good in relation to other homes we inquired about. The administration was great because they were very communicative throughout the process. Other residents seem happy there and the home was very clean. Overall, it felt pleasant. Their ability to admit my family member on short notice was very helpful and I'm forever appreciative for them doing so

PositiveOur Experience at Benton Manor
My overall experience at Benton Manor was amazing. Even though mom only lived 3 weeks after she arrived there, the care they gave mom was great!!! They allowed her meals to be delivered to her room, took good care of her along with her Hospice care. After mom passed away they were so kind and good to me and my family.

Mom unfortunately only lived three weeks at Benton Village. They took good care of her and worked with me ever so kindly. It was comforting knowing she was being looked after. My mom was 90 and it was hard taking her from her home but the staff were so good to her. They would sit and visit making sure she had everything she needed.
