PositiveI toured a few different facilities for my mom and Brookdale Baywood is our 1st choice. Staff was friendly and helpful and the facility was well kept up and pleasant. There are several apartment options to choose from, a fantastic meal program and many activities for the residents to occupy their time. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an assisted living facility for themselves or a loved one to tour Brookdale Baywood. I am confident they would be as impressed as I was.

Staff was nice and mostly attentive. Housing and cleanliness were not a priority nor keeping clients clothing sorted and back to the correct person. You were never sure whose clothing you would get back for your loved one, fit or not. I guess if most patients had dementia it did not matter but my relative had the majority of their memory for Most of the time till their passing. I was replacing with newer clothes regularly in spite of names in the clothing.
