As indicated by my ratings: the administrative and care staff were friendly, warm and compassionate and consistently provided great care; facility was clean; [name removed] couldn't eat, and therefore didn't eat any of the food; appeared to be many activities for residents, although [name removed] couldn't participate; cost was high, but probably reasonable for [name removed] required level of care.

If you're not at Brookdale Bend, you're not at the best!

Nothing compared to Brookdale Bend's staff, activities, building layout, food quality, atmosphere. It was an incredible place! We feel blessed that they had one bed in a private room available when we needed it. And the facility did not smell like an old person's home! Very clean, nothing offensive.

Brooksdale checked all of our boxes! We are hoping for availability when we need to move my mother in law.

The services as described seem exceptionally excellent and if my sister chooses this type living plan, Brookdale is my first recommendation.

Heads Above the Rest!

All 5's! Brookdale was in its own category for being the best facility. I toured six total facilities and none of the other five even came close to the quality that Brookdale was. Brookdale was one of two facilities where the staff smiled and the residents looked happy and clean. The facility also did not smell like an old folks home. Brookdale is the best place for loved ones. Caring staff, lots of activities for every level of care. The staff took time to interview and explain all activities and meeting the needs of each individual person
